Around Planada, the orchards and row crops surrounding the town can leave exterior windows coated with a fine layer of farm dust, especially during dry, windy stretches. That film builds up quickly and often mixes with hard-water spots from sprinklers and hoses, leaving lower windows looking hazy even when the rest of the glass seems fairly clean. Screens collect the same dust, while older window tracks can hold onto grit, silt, and mineral residue that a simple wipe won’t remove.
We clean Planada windows with those local conditions in mind. Our crew handles both older aluminum-frame windows and newer vinyl systems, carefully detailing the glass, tracks, and lower frames where buildup tends to settle. We also include screen washing with our window cleaning service, so you’re not paying extra just to get the entire window looking clean.

Most of our Planada work is residential, with a commercial side for local businesses. We can handle commercial properties such as storefronts and offices along the main road. The crew standards stay the same on both; the scheduling is what changes.

On a home, here’s what we handle:
Because farm dust re-accumulates so quickly, a quarterly or twice-a-year clean is the common rhythm here. Your exterior glass re-soils fast in the dry, windy stretches off the surrounding fields, so a regular exterior clean keeps that film from building back up. Deep track cleaning is available as an add-on when the tracks need more than the standard brush-out.
For business properties, we can serve:
All commercial estimates are done in person. We schedule around business hours, and we can start as early as 5:00 AM when a job needs to be finished before the doors open. Recurring and one-time options are both available.

We clean the common window types found across Planada’s older and rebuilt homes, inside and out, with screens and tracks included on every job.

We clean the inside and outside of every double-hung window, wash the screens, and brush out the tracks before we squeegee. Then we scrub the full pane, fan it off with the squeegee, and detail the edges with a fresh microfiber towel. On the older aluminum-frame homes around town, the tracks trap field grit, so brushing them out is standard before the glass gets touched.

Windows with a lot of small panes get cleaned pane by pane, by hand, so every small section comes out clear. We detail each one on its own rather than rushing the whole unit.

We clean both sides of glass doors and sliders and detail the tracks they ride in. Lower-level door glass tends to collect the most sprinkler spotting, so mineral-spot attention is often part of the job.

A few things show up again and again in what our customers tell us. They’re the standards we hold on every job.

We pick up the phone, follow up, and reply as fast as we can. Before your appointment, you get automated reminders. The day of, we text when we’re on the way. The day after, we call to make sure you’re happy. That steady contact is the part people notice most.

We send before-and-after photos for anything you can’t easily check yourself: roofs, gutters, solar panels. Those photos work as documentation for insurance, HOA compliance, or property management files too. On a window job, that means the high or hard-to-reach glass and the exterior passes you aren’t standing there watching.

We’re fully licensed and insured for up to $1 million. That coverage stands behind every job we take, on your property and ours.

We hire trustworthy people, and we’re very selective about who joins our team. We invest in continuing education so we stay efficient and deliver consistent results. Interior work means letting someone into your home, and we take who we send seriously.

We’ve been serving Planada since 2022, and we’re here for the long haul. This isn’t a side hustle or a seasonal operation; we’re building a business our community can count on. When you call us back next season, we’ll still be here.

Window cleaning is priced per window, with a minimum on every job. The quote is free, and larger homes get a free in-person walk-through first so the count comes out right.
A few ways to save:
We accept cash, check, card, and Venmo. A 3% fee applies to card payments; cash or check avoids it.

If something isn’t right, let us know, and we’ll do our best to fix it. If we can’t make it right, you don’t pay. The day-after call is how we catch anything before you have to.

We offer a two-week rain warranty. If it rains within two weeks of your window cleaning and your windows need touch-ups, call us, and we’ll come back at no charge.

Reach out by phone or online. Online requests get a follow-up call, usually within a day. Homes under 3,000 square feet are quoted over the phone; larger homes get an in-person walk-through. Phone-answered hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Once you approve the quote, we book you through Housecall Pro. Automated reminders go out two days before and the day before your appointment.
On the day, we take the screens off, brush out the exterior tracks with a nylon brush, and wipe down the frames before any glass is touched.
We scrub the full glass surface with a scrubber, squeegee it clean using a fanning technique, and detail the edges with a fresh microfiber towel. All exterior windows get finished first. On the older aluminum-frame homes in Planada’s core, we take extra time on the lower sashes where field silt and mineral residue collect along the frame.
For interior work, we put shoe covers on, use step ladders where needed, and run the same scrub, squeegee, and detail process. Screens get washed outside with a nylon brush and soapy water, then reinstalled. For the occasional hard-to-reach or two-story pane, we bring a water-fed pole.
We call the next day to make sure the work looks right. If anything needs a touch-up, we come back.

Planada is a small, close community, and we treat every property here like it’s on our own street. We’re locally owned and family-run, so this isn’t an abstract service area to us. Every year we donate window cleaning to Catholic Charities as part of how we give back.
We’re a regular sight near the places that hold this town together:

Ready for clear glass? The quote is free. Send an online request, and we’ll follow up with a call, usually within a day, and homes under 3,000 square feet can often be quoted right on that first call. We’re fully licensed and insured, so you know who’s showing up. Planada’s dry, windy stretches put a dust film back on glass quickly, so a regular clean keeps it clear. Call us at (209) 658-7454.
